Hawaiian Chicken and Rice Lunch Pack

Marinated and prepped Hawaiian chicken —ready for your skillet or crockpot! 

Chicken breast marinated in a sweet but low sodium soy sauce/pineapple juice mixture. Diced sweet peppers and sweet onions in this meal as well.

cook quickly in the skillet or let it cook for a few hours in the crockpot—pair with rice or create a Hawaiian chicken wrap or top on ramen noodles.

Just dump and add your own flour or cornstarch to thicken at the end!

This has 1lb of chicken + veg and will feed appx 4 adults.
