Mongolian Beef

This Mongolian beef kit has amazing flavor. A mixture of low sodium soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and garlic. Just thaw and dump into a pan. Add  1 tbspcorn starch to thicken. 

Made with 21 day dry-aged French creek steak. Steak is raw and will have to sauté until cooked to your liking. Had appx 1 lb of steak in each kit. 

Pair with a side of rice
