Protein Smoothie Packs- Pina Calada

These smoothie packs are great for on-the-go nutrition.

Pina Calada: {local} Spinach (about 1 cup), 1/2 banana, pineapple, {local}plain Greek yogurt and one up nutrition coconut ice cream protein powder.

each pack has right about 20-23 grams of protein between the yogurt and powder! This is whey protein powder.

add 1/2 cup of liquid for a thick consistency, more if you like smoothies thinner.
