Refund policy

10 day return policy once product received. We will NOT refund due to ‘not liking’ product. Must prove by picture that quality of product was not met to standard. (Example: destroyed packaging, freezer burn, etc)

we are not responsible if product was left to unthaw upon home delivery or if customer forgot to pick-up product.
