Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Our own ground beef, and beef bacon, mixed with a homemade cheesy sauce. (No soup mixes in this recipe-all homemade!) topped with tots.

add your own fresh toppings like onion, lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles to make this a true burger in a bowl!

this would serve 4 very hearty servings or 5-6 moderate

(my family of 5 with 3 kids 6 and under had plenty for a meal- the kids had leftovers for the next day!)
