BBQ Pork Enchiladas with Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

This was a dish a created completely on a whim- trying to figure out how to use random ingredients at my house- and you know what? It was a total hit!

tortillas filled simply with shredded pork, bbq sauce and Swiss cheese. Then a hone made creamy garlic Parmesan sauce is smothered on the top!
