Chicken Bacon Ranch Cups

Like the popular lasagna cups, these creamy chicken bacon ranch cups are individually wrapped, pre-cooked, and ready to stick in the microwave and eat! 

Chicken, bacon, and a creamy ranch flavored mixture topped with hand shredded cheddar cheese! Wonton wrappers are the outside ‘cup’. We snuck some finely chopped spinach in the mix for some veggie!

Made with local cream cheese, sour cream and spinach. 

I would eat 2 as a serving, my husband would probably eat 3. Serve a side such as a salad or steamed veggies.
