Ham Balls in Sauce

A midwestern classic. Ham balls with a sweet tomato sauce based glaze.

these will be raw, glazed, and ready to be cooked in your oven from thawed or frozen.

large will use 1 lb of pork in the mixture and make 10-12 larger sized meatballs.

small will use 1/2 lb pork and have 5-6 ham balls.

ingredients: ham loaf (ground pork, ground ham), egg, milk, graham crackers, spices 

tomato soup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, pineapple juice
