Lasagna Cups

Individual lasagna cups baked in muffin tins. Wonton wrappers are used in place of noodles. These muffins are packed full of meat, marinara and cheese! Pre-cooked. Just unwrap and pop in the microwave to re-heat. Perfect on-the-go lunch idea. 

 Made with local beef. These are filling, 2 would be a serving. I personally eat 1 as a serving + a side or 2 alone. My husband, however, would likely eat 2 maybe 3 if no sides included with meal. Pairs well with a salad, veggies or bread sticks.
