• 1 Tbone Steak (appx 1 lb)

• 2 lbs ground beef

• 1 pack of our original snack sticks (6 in pack)

• 1 chuck roast (3-3.5 lb)

• 1 lbs pack of thick cut beef bacon

• 2 packs of short ribs (2-3 lbs)

• 32 oz tub rendered tallow. (Great for frying, cast iron)
