Pineapple Pepper Jelly

made with bell peppers and Anaheim peppers from my garden!

ingredients: bell peppers, Anaheim peppers, jalapeño peppers, pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar, fruit pectin, apple cider vinegar 

8 oz frozen. Just thaw and serve over cream cheese or enjoy on a savory dish. I like it on my egg sandwich!

I take out most of the jalapeño seeds. I would consider it mild/medium spice
