Scratch Buttery, Cheesy, Garlic Bread

Homemade Italian style bread slathered in garlic butter and topped with mozzarella + Parmesan. Just pop in oven for 8 minutes, broil for 1 minute— yum!

I am making this Italian bread completely from scratch- slices may not be perfectly formed like they are at the store- but they will be delirious and made with simple ingredients!

pairs amazingly well with Million $ spaghetti or maybe a couple of our dry aged steaks + a side salad! 

ingredients: all purpose flour, salt, yeast, sugar, olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, mozzarella, Parmesan
