White Chicken Lasagna

white chicken lasagna is similar to a chicken Alfredo sauce mixed with a cottage cheese layer and chicken. Alfredo sauce is hand made. There is a small amount of spinach in the sauce, but is chopped fine to hide from those Pickier family members 😉 

Just thaw & bake in oven. Can be cooked from partially thawed, too.

Large- 5-6 people

Small- 2-3

A small comfortably feeds my family of 2 adults & 2 toddlers. But, if you want leftovers to feed again (which it does reheat well!) then I’d buy a large size.
